Medano Beach Villas are located at VILLA LA ESTANCIA RESORT They are all Beachfront and Ocean Front Villas/Condominiums with the best views to Medano Beach, Land's End and Cabo San Lucas Bay.

Neighborhood info

Medano Beach is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas with Restaurants, Bars and Lounges which are only 300 yards away from the Property by walking through the beach. And it is only 20 minute walk or 5 minute Taxi to Downtown and Cabo San Lucas Marina. Shopping Center with Walmart is only 1 mile away and Costco is 2 miles.
