This is newly renovated 180m² 3-bedroom house with a private outdoors jacuzzi and grill area. It has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with high-end cookware and two modernly designed living rooms with premium sitting. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, dual AC and a full bathroom. The 65m² master suite features two floor-to-ceiling windows, providing panoramic views of the valley. The house is powered with Starlink internet and has TVs with paid streaming and NFL GamePass subscriptions This listing includes the main 3B3B house located inside a 1,000 m² gated property, and private access to the outdoors jacuzzi and grill area. The 5-person Aquaterra spa stays hot 24/7 hot and is routinely treated with the premium care and products. The outdoors space also features a small fire pit and a Grilla smoker for which we provide cooking pellets and accessories. Kids are free to roam around freely and enjoy the sounds and fresh air that nature provides, given they remain supervised by adults at all times. There is ample space to park up to 5 vehicles inside the gated property. The same property features a separate 1B1B cabin that is located 20 meters away from the house, and may be booked separately by other guests. Guests who book the cabin separately will not be given access to the jacuzzi and grill area, as it remains private to guests who book the main house. Guests have full private access to the main house, and the jacuzzi area is reserved exclusively for your group. The 1,000m² property features a 1B1B cabin that is separate from this house. Access to this cabin is not included with your stay. The cabin may be booked separately by other guests, but they will not have access to the jacuzzi or grill area, as that remains of private use for the occupants of this house.
