Property info

Comfortable beachfront house with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor, with large spaces ideal for sharing with the family. It consists of a pool facing the sea and a large terrace. Located in a residential area in a very familiar and welcoming environment, it is close to the Chicxulub port and within reach of everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Important info ●High season vacation can only be apply the no restrictions rental fee = maximum occupancy rental rate ●If you require a daily cleaning service this must be paid upon arrival to the property ●Safety deposit refund is send by PayPal only after house inspection might take hours after house inspection ●The rental includes a very reasonable amount of electricity (14 kwh per day) for a very confortable stay. The vast majority of house guest, has manage to consume less than the limit granted. ●If you pay with credit card a 5.50% bank commission fee may apply (PayPal only) ●The guest must be informed that the rents on the following vacation dates do not include electricity: Holy Week, Easter Week, July and August. ●This private own property doesn't issue invoices.
