Beautiful high ceilings and amazing ocean view from main living area, kitchen and primary bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with toaster, blender, coffee maker, slow cooker and all sorts of other kitchen gadgets to cook at home. Many restaurants and bars within two miles. Sandy private beach access, great food and margaritas down the street at our management company Poco Cielo Hotel and Restaurant, just a short 1.5 miles down the street. Please note: “upstairs” is only accessible from a smaller circular staircase and not easily accessible for mobility impaired. There is no a/c as in Mexico the ocean air is our natural air conditioning! Use the ceiling fans and open sliding doors and bedroom windows for a wonderful breeze and fresh air. There is heat in the living room and primary bedroom with electric fireplaces, or the small propane gas heater by the front door. There is no cable, WiFi typically works well with the extender in place (call hotel if you need help) there is a smart TV with access to sign into Netflix and use the Roku that is in place. Call Poco Cielo Hotel for help with any immediate issues. ***PLEASE use the utmost caution with the balcony, it is NOT safe for young children, please keep an eye on your kids at all times, this is the way the home was built and railings have not been updated. Children can fall through the railings (as seen in balcony photos). We will be updating this soon. Beautiful ocean views, fully stocked kitchen appliances, pots, pans, and gadgets to easily cook your own meals. Gated with 24 hr security

Hello! My name is Kindra. My husband Matt and I live in Colorado with our 4 girls. I grew up going to Mexico with my mom, Cheryl; and fell in love with the country. Many years ago my mom started Poco Cielo Hotel from a small beach front home, and built it into the hotel and Restaurant it is today. This is our Private home that the hotel and my mom manages for us. We strive to be constantly improving things to make your stay comfortable so you may have the best stay possible and enjoy Mexico as much as we have all these years!
