La Isla Shopping Mall offers dining options for every taste and budget. Please note that the resort’s restaurants and bars operate under an all-inclusive program and are available only to guests who purchase an all-inclusive package directly from the resort. We have also stocked the accommodation with snacks and beverages at very reasonable prices. At 800 meters is the closest supermarket and just 5 minutes from the bars and discos of Cancun. Inside the property there are some Mayan ruins included in the resort fee. There is a taxi stand right there at the hotel and buses pass constantly providing service throughout the hotel zone and to and from the city center. As a special gift we can get our guests a 10% discount for the Coco Bongo show and you can download an app with excellent offers and discounts on various tours, attractions and parks. TRANSPORTATION: We have Airport-Condo-Airport transportation through a company that provides this service to our guests with an extra cost. If you are interested, once you make the reservation we can share contact information with you. You must request it at least 48 hours in advance.

THE BUILDING IS LOCATED ON ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES IN CANCÚN and only 20 minutes from the airport. The condominium is located within an oceanfront resort featuring 2 swimming pools, a kids’ water park, authentic Mayan ruins, Wi-Fi throughout the property, parking, and a gym. Across the street is La Isla Shopping Mall with restaurants, a casino, museums, cinemas, attractions, and more than 180 stores. 3 days prior to arrival, or immediately after booking if your arrival is sooner, you will receive instructions to complete an Online Check-In form which must be completed EXCLUSIVELY by THE GUEST WHO IS THE HOLDER OF THE BANK CARD that will be used during the process. The government-issued ID and the selfie requested in the form must also belong to the holder of that bank card, on which the following transactions will be processed: A TEMPORARY HOLD as a guarantee to cover possible incidental charges or unforeseen expenses during your stay and the mandatory RESORT FEE corresponding to access to the beach, swimming pools, Mayan ruins, and the other resort amenities. The resort fee is shown in your reservation price breakdown. The incidental deposit and Resort Fee cannot be processed upon arrival because the resort is not authorized to collect payments on behalf of the condominium or its owners. Check-in instructions and the door access code will be provided once the Online Check-In has been completed and the required payments have been processed.
