Property info

This Penthouse is one of Cancun's very few properties, with stunning ocean and lagoon views from each of its many windows and private terraces. Spacious three-story, three bedrooms and three baths apartment, with a private rooftop to sunbathe at the lounge space or for some downtime with air conditioning and a refreshing drink from the mini-fridge. It is located right on the beach in the Hotel Zone, very close to the main attractions and activities, Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay or prefer to discover all the wonders that Cancun has to offer. During your stay, you can enjoy all the amenities in our complex, such as private access to the beach, kids and adults pools, tennis court, mini market, a full-service laundry, and security 24/7.

Neighborhood info

The condo is in a gated complex in the Hotel Zone, right on the beach. Across the street are Nichupté Lagoon and the mangrove jungle, where you can drive speedboats and tour the zone. The apartment is conveniently close to the main restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and shopping centers, archeological sites, museums, and a 15-minute drive from the entertainment area.
