Property info

Superb, modern and great location studio in the midtown Playa del Carmen. Only half block to iconic 5th Avenue, and three blocks to Mamita's Beach Club. Fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a pleasant, comfortable and safe stay. The KS bed is separated from the living room, where is also a sofa-bed for extra companion. At the roof top, with an espectacular ocean view, you will find a great pool, two warm jacuzzis, gym, and laundry machines. Also there is a business centre on 1st. Floor.

Neighborhood info

Just in front of the building (with a view from balcony) there is a free access public sports center with two tennis courts, two basket ball courts and an olympic running track. At the other side, only have block away, is the 5th Avenue, with great local coffee and chocolate shop, many restaurantes of all kinds, barber shops, drugstore, boutiques, etc.
