BEACH HOME IS 10 MINUTES TO PAPAS AND BEERS. THE HOME IS ONLY A FEW STEPS TO A SANDY BEACH. BAJA MALIBU IS ONE OF THE TOP SURF SPOTS IN NORTH AMERICA. WALMART SHOPPING CENTER IS ONLY 5 MINS AWAY.
