Property info

Comfortable villa on the Yucatecan Coast, within a complex of family residences, consisting of 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning to mitigate the tropical heat. Equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining room, living room overlooking the pool. It has Wi-Fi internet service, washing machine and clothes dryer at no extra cost. Located in San Bruno beach, a quiet and clean area. In case you pay with credit card PayPal only a 5.50% bank commission fee is charge. No invoice provide by the host. ○For rentals in July, August, Holy Week and Easter, the only rate that is accepted as valid is the one quoted for 8 guests without restrictions. They do not include electricity either. If you require a daily cleaning service must be paid upon arrival to the property
