The house is located on a small hill, take it into account if you are bringing people with limited movility. We offer a parking spot on a near parking lot from the house. Check availability and ask for it at least 2 days before arrival. Pets are welcome but you need to pay a small fee (200 pesos MXN per pet per night)

Santa María del Marquesado is a quiet and traditional neighborhood just minutes from Oaxaca’s historic center. This residential area has a local, relaxed rhythm and is close to small shops, markets, and authentic cafés. One block away is the 4º Centenario Market, perfect for fresh bread, fruit, juices, and local snacks. A short walk takes you to La Soledad Church and Plaza de la Danza, two of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The Zócalo is about a 15-minute walk away and Oaxaca International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
