We are located in a gated oceanfront community whixh values tranquility and relaxation. We accept small pets as we have 2 cats and 2 small pomeranians.
I am a retired airline stewardess, and a working professional astrologer. I also work as a real estate professional here in the local area.
We have a coffee shop "Cafe K40", specializing in breakfasts, lunches, salada and sandwiches, desserts, juice smoothies and protein shakes, beauty salon, dentist and a church at our front entrance. All within walking distance. Our oceanfront yard for the main house is a great spot for relaxing and sunbathing and is available for our guests staying in the apt . We ha e a small oceanfront jacuzzi which is available for you use....weather permitting.
