Great neighborhood...super safe, Cancun families for the most part but also many Canadians and a few Americans. Gated community in an incredible location in the city. Close to so many things you need, and the available car that comes free with the rental, you can really get around town easily to get groceries, go to Wal-mart, Costco, the beach, the bus station for out-of-town excursions etc. very easily!
