We are a family who likes to travel a lot and discover new places and food, and we want to transmit to others our love for Cozumel through our place. We practice triathlon and we love to share it as family.

We are a family from Cozumel, who want to convey the essence of the Mexican Caribbean to its guests. We have worked on conforming this ancestral place, based on our Yucatecan roots, mingling the architecture of the Henequen plantations with contemporary comfort, giving us an environment of avant-garde Mexican artisanal spaces. Composed of villas, Hacienda style architecture Henequenera, using mostly local materials with a modern twist that will provide comfort and warmth to make your stay unforgettable.

Villas Mundaca it's located in the Corpus Christy area which it's one of the bests in the Island, it's walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores and downtown.
