Silverpark Resort is the Only One apartment that only 1km away from Clock Tower. It is Colonial style Building, Landscaping is the main attraction. All B Block & C Block are Direct Facing Green UNBLOCKING view, no lift, Only Block A with One Lift Total 6 Floor, 1st 2.5 Floor are Below Ground level/parking level, 3rd floor & onward is above Ground unit, which is very nice to stay & better Internet Signel. 24 Hours Security, Max 2 car excess card given upon check in.
