Ruangtamu yang luas dan selesa di lengkapi dengan penghawa dingin. Kediaman 2 tingkat rekabentuk moden berada berhampiran pasaraya besar serta tidak jauh dari exit toll simpang pulai.
Taman perumahan baru,kawasan kediaman majoriti kaum melayu. Berdekatan dengan exit toll simpang pulai. Sesuai untuk penginapan transit sebelum bercuti ke Cameron Highlands. Boleh di lalui oleh semua jenis kenderaan dan parking free di porch rumah dan di hadapan atau berdekatan rumah
