For the affordable price, I'd say that the hotel was beyond my expectations. it is not a 4 star hotel. but is it clean, has good facilities, beds are comfortable, toilet, aircond and hot water was functioning properly. Greattt location, in city centre. Walking distance to the park. and shops. Friendly staff. No lift though. I'd highly recommend it for budget customers.

Beautiful place with all the culture and heritage assets.

Beautiful place with all the culture and heritage assets. Very authentic and unique. Eg the palace, masjid Ubudiah, Lembah , Sg Perak view, the food, sayong handicraft, tekad , Victoria Bridge, historical buildings, the nations education hub and still maintaing the rural areas. The whole environment of a medium range city is just nice... not too busy , calm and easy to move around. A little out from Kuala Kangsar is the Lenggong World Heritage Site. Its a combination of culture , heritage, nature and also the education hub. Its like a living museum.

Nice place and we can see a beautiful scenery especially at " LEMBAH " beside the Perak River. Variety of food like Kuala Kangsar Laksa , beautiful handmade craft , beautiful and historical mosque ubudiah , many comfortable hotel with affordable price .

Kuala Kangsar is Royal township of Perak.

Kuala Kangsar is Royal township of Perak. There is a few historical building to visit if you were visiting for the first time. For the local food you can go to the lembah for eating cendol and laksa. The view is very ecstatic and tempting because it is situated at the riverbank.

One of the cheapest boat ride is available at the Lembah.

One of the cheapest boat ride is available at the Lembah. Here also sells all Kuala Kangsar’s special souvenirs like labu sayong or knives. Must eat Yut Loy’s read bean pau! Visit the museums here to refresh your history. Check out the mosque and castles too! Take lots of pictures by the river and at the Victoria Bridge.

It was an old town and peaceful land.

It was an old town and peaceful land. I got to visit the legend Malay College of Kuala Kangsar, Bukit Chandan Royal Palace and the famous Ubudiah mosque right in the center of Kuala Kangsar. The food is great that almost in every place in town you can find eateries that serve local cuisines and western food also. Feel free to visit the favorite spot for the ootd and instagrammable near Perak river.

Kuala Kangsar is Perak's royal town.

Kuala Kangsar is Perak's royal town. It's located beside the Perak River. Famous food that you have to try here is laksa kuala kangsar, especially Laksa Pak Ngah and Laksa Kembar. The broth is light but flavourful and the noodle is made from rice flour. If you like chinese breakfast, there's one popular place by the river bank too. It's halal. They have pau, curry noodle (with choices of yong tau foo), good old traditional coffee and tea.
