Afiniti Residensi is an urban wellness oasis, nestled in the heart of Iskandar, Malaysia. It's a highly profiled service apartment with just 3-minutes walk to Legoland Malaysia and just next to Somerset Medini. Waking up to enjoy the oasis garden landscape designed by the architect of Garden by the Bay, Singapore. We are excited to see you here in Afiniti Residensi, just as you do!
Our name are Pang and Jessie. We have been staying in JB for years and personally love this place called Nusajaya! We love greenery, classic and antique things. We love decorating our house in a simple and warm manner so that our guess can feel home during their stay.
The common space, designed by the architect of Gardens by the Bay, is an area of green sanctuary called the Oasis; a haven for the soul and a place of retreat for AFINITI's residents and guests. This is an apartment of 484sqf consisting of a private bedroom, a kitchen/pantry area, a living hall and the only type with a balcony area where you can have a dip of fresh air in the morning just outside the bedroom. The common space, designed by the architect of Gardens by the Bay, is an area of green sanctuary called the Oasis; a haven for the soul and a place of retreat for AFINITI's residents and guests. This is an apartment of 484sqf consisting of a private bedroom, a kitchen/pantry area, a living hall and the only type with a balcony area where you can have a dip of fresh air in the morning just outside the bedroom. 8-minutes drive to Puteri Harbour and Hello Kitty Town, same to Bukit Indah Township where you can find Aeon, Tesco and Giant Supermarket, massage places and various restaurants. 20-minutes drive to Johor Premium Outlets (JPO) where you can do all the shoppings especially Women.
