Spacious corner lot double storey located at a strategic neighborhood Taman Bayu Permai. It fits comfortably for 12-13guest with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a nice and big courtyard,barbeque faciliyy and well lit porch, it is ideal for friends and family gathering and weekend escape.

15minutes walk to Aeon Rawang near to Mcdonald near shops and amenities 15 minutes drives to gamuda gardens ( water splash) 20-25minutes drives to Selangor food valley easy access to Kuala lumpur and ipoh
