This is a two storey Homestay (22*75), carefully designed for those who wish to enjoy privacy and comfort at the same time. Firstly, this place is 100 % CLEAN because we have hired a dedicated cleaning team maintaining it at tip top condition. You have clean bed sheets, comforters , pillow cases and we send them to our laudry shop for cleaning after guests check out. Secondly, this homestay is comfortable as we have provided a lot of facilities such as air conditioners and fans, unlimited wifi internet with good quality tvbox EVpad3s, water heaters in all bathrooms, kitchenette, electric kettle, more than 100 books, toiletries, linens, clothes hanger and many more items. We also provide a big car porch for two cars. Extra cars can find parking easily at the nearby street (The are no house in front of our homestay so there will be plenty of parking) Believe it or not, you can add beds for up to 16 people per stay with only a little extra head charges. However, what makes our place unique and truly stands out among others is our friendly and responsive host. Yes! That is me! I am your superhost, Allan. Welcome to my place and I look forward to meeting you all~
