All our units are carefully furnished and decorated to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. Our well trained housekeeping team provides professional interim and check out housekeeping services. Our Portfolio We operate more than 10 units of apartments in 3 different condominiums in Johor Bahru, namely Paragon Residences, Paragon Suites, KSL D’esplande Residence. The size of our units ranging from 450sqr feet studio apartment to 4 bedroom unit of more than 2000 sqr feet. Our Business Model We manage properties owned by the company director and also act as homestay operator partnering with the property owner. We also provide a wide range of other services in relation to accommodation and event in JB. ie. Interior design and decoration consulting, special event decoration, mid-long term stay arrangement etc. Our Vision To be the 1st choice homestay operator for leisure and business travelers in Johor Bahru.
