Recent New Building : Oct 2023. An extremely spacious Highest floor, home located at a strategic neighborhood of Bandar Country Homes. It fits comfortably for 12 guests with 3 bedrooms 4 Cots and 2 bathrooms. With a nice and big home. It is ideal for friends and family gathering, small parties and weekend escape. Approval required from host for any Event / Party. The space * Parking space - 2 cars Level 3. * Living hall is spacious and equipped with airconds * WiFi * Smart TV (Netflix / Youtube) * All 2 rooms come with aircond & 1 room ceiling fan * Guest are allowed to simple cook . provide Air fryer. Guest access will be via self check-in. There will be a lockbox on the lobby and the keys will be inside mail box. Passcode to open the lockbox will be provided on the day of your check-in. * We collect Rm 200 for Security Deposit ( Fully Refundable ) upon check out.
