This newly renovated corner terrace house with a modern twist of black and white decor with 90s pop of colour palette is located inside a gate and guarded community with magnificent lake and mountain view. There’s ample garden space outdoor. It has 4 bedrooms total, with 3 bedrooms upstairs with air conditioning and water heater in the bathrooms. CCTV is installed outside the house as extra layer of protection for our guests.

Lake Grove township (Arena Perpaduan Bayu) is tucked inside a private plot of land surrounded by corn fields and mountains. It’s 5 minutes drive from Sunway Township such as Lost World and The Banjaran. It’s also a short 5 minutes drive from 99 mart, 7 eleven, Zus Coffee and Econsave Bercham ; 8 minutes drive to Mc Donald, Subway and A&W.
