A MAXIMUM OF THREE (3) PERSON (INCLUDING KIDS) ARE ALLOWED INTO THE POOL PER ACCESS CARD. # For ALL visitors, the following documents must be prepared and submitted to enter the premise : (COMPULSORY FOR ALL GUESTS) a. Digital vaccination certification which completed 14 days period after 2nd dose vaccine b. IC image Please be informed that all our unit layout is same layout as apartment with one bedroom with extra queen bed at the living hall for extra pax to stay comfortably. This condo has a Gigantic pool with kids water playground & Jacuzzi, best for families with babies/kids, group of friends!! All the facilities (Pool, Jacuzzi, etc) may under maintenance depends on the condominium management. Pool maintenance hours: Every Tuesday 8am - 2pm Jacuzzi maintenance hours: Every Tuesday Whole day RM100 security deposit PER ACCESS CARD via bank transfer is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable after housekeeping done and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
