From January 1st, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room, per night, is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents are exempt.

The hotel will collect a refundable deposit of MYR 100 for incidental charges upon check-in.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. To secure the booking, guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay 7 days before they arrive at the hotel.

Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. When checking in or making payment at the hotel, please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking.

Heritage Charges will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting from January 1st, 2025.

All receipts can be collected from the front office upon check-out.

Breakfast-inclusive rates consist of breakfast for adults and up to 2 guests for Standard, Standard Seaview, Premier, Premier Seaview, and Studio Room, and up to 4 guests for Signature Suite.

The family pool will be closed from Thursday, January 15th, 2026 until Thursday, January 22nd, 2026.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
