Our stay at The RIYAZ Lavanya Langkawi was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The location is excellent, and the views are absolutely beautiful — waking up to them every morning was a highlight of our trip. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. From the moment we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, they went above and beyond to make us feel special. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. You can really feel the pride they take in making guests happy. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful, elegant, and perfect for couples. Everything — the service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience — exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Langkawi and will 100% return. Most beautiful hotel, great adults only infinity pool, gym and the food was superb. Bed a little too hard for us and the night entertainment was far too loud, it should have been more background music as in soft jazz or something. Easy to get around by Grab and Cenang an easy walk from hotel with good shops. We are not a young couple (I'm in my 60's) but we found the island hopping great, the skycab was amazing. The highlight for myself was doing Parasailing-what a wonderful experience!

Although this is the busiest resort on langkawi it was very quiet in early June. This meant there were lots of closed facilities. The area has high levels of new developments but also numerous properties left in decay or closed long term. The beach is very nice. Some nice places to eat but many not serving alcohol due to the majority of the population being Muslim. We have no problem with that but it restricted places we wanted to eat. Food is good value.

Pantai Cenang Beach was quite disappointing.

Pantai Cenang Beach was quite disappointing. I couldn't swim in the sea there due to the conditions. For a beach holiday, Tanjung Rhu would be a much better choice. However, in terms of nightlife, restaurants, shops, and overall atmosphere, Pantai Cenang was much livelier and more vibrant.

We had not planned on coming to this island but due to a taxi drivers recommendation in Kuala Lumpur we added Langkawi to our adventure. The Sky cable car was the main reason for doing so and boy were we glad we did so. Along the drives around the island we were able to photograph many encounters with monkeys from our car and didn’t have to get out of our car. The beaches was a very tropical environment with many tourist options.

Pantai Cenang is touristy, rent a car and drive around the island if you enjoy authentic local experiences. I tracked down the night market (it's a moving market, one place every night of the week), we went there and enjoyed it very much. We also went to Tanjung Rhu beach on the other side of the island.

Very nice resort it’s small in comparison to the absolutely massive resorts around langkawi which is a good thing. Feels quiet and personal. The rooms are very nice and big and the beachfront access is to a quiet and nice part of the beach in the middle of pantai cenang and pantai tengah. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the facilities like laundry, drinking water, snacks and kitchen are all good.

Our experience is awesome. This is one of the best hotel in Langkawi, super exceeded our all expectations. Rooms, service, location, people, nearby place all 5 star. Very near to airport, shopping areas and activity also. Private beach, excellent breakfast, nice room service option and Gym/Pool is unbelievable. Very nice view over the Island
