Sesuai untuk mereka yang mencari penginapan mampu didiami, terutama yang berkeluarga. Tidak jauh dari exit LPT iaitu Telemong. Terletak dipinggir bandar dan berhampiran Pasar Manir. Property ini terletak di Lorong Kubang Putat Mohon penginap menjaga tatasusila dan kebersihan ( Pasangan Muslim yg belum berkahwin tidak dibenarkan)
