Rose Hill Gardens is a 4700ft Semi-Detached, double storey house located at the heart of Golden Hills. We have 6 Queen Beds, 6 Bunk beds and 4 spare mattresses, to easily fit a group size of 18-22! Our kitchen is well equipped with any utensils you need to 'cook at home'. Steamboat and BBQ can be set up by the hosts upon request. Do note that the entire building is designated as non-smoking area and consumption of Alcohol and Pork is not allowed in the property. The published rates are only applicable for a group size up to 14 pax (not including children aged 1 and below who are not subject to surcharge). Additional guests (up to a maximum of 22 pax) subject to the approval of the host, from the 15th pax onwards are subject to a surcharge at RM50 per pax per night
This villa has reputedly the biggest kitchen in Jln Golden Hills 2, measuring 32 ft by 22 ft, making it the ONLY double storey Semi-D unit with the unique feature! This extended annex will be perfect for hosting a family barbecue, come rain or shine!
