We're part time homestay. Keys collect after 6pm during working week Monday to Friday .👉Check out before 12pm.For guest check out after 12pm have extra charge. After check in, no money refund for room night cancellation for any reason.
Rule: ✔️Park 1 car inside at lot unit 1-11 to avoid wheel clamp penalty RM100. More than 1 car can park outside in front guard house free charge (at your own risk). ✔️Unloading car enter within 15 min have to exit.✔️ Security deposit of RM150 refund to you via bank transfer on checkout day, subject to all keys return with no missing /damage inside property.Not urgent cashback security money for all reason. ✔️Prohibit smoking, BBQ, pet and party. ✔️Not enter room indicated closed to public.✔️Max 9 ,include toddler. ⛔Reservation close for addition guest.✔️ Location to all tourism place in Malacca/ town/ beach within 25min✔️Play at playground at your own risk ✔️ More stay more discount 👉Motorcycle guest need park outside in front guardhouse at your own risk.
