Quality fixtures and fitting. It has special heat reflecting glass making the room very cool although air conditioning is fitted, you’ll be very comfortable with the fan due to the Eco friendly design and intelligent use of building materials. Large windows , great use of natural air flow with large eco friendly windows.

Property info

Open to the beautiful tropical weather, that Malaysia weather, unique, semi-open shower area. Smart TVs, high speed wifi, comfortable beds, Instagram worthy photo opportunities are available throughout the whole nest house.

Neighborhood info

What's good around our neighbourhood is the restaurant and historical places surrounding us, there are even shopping centres just a 3 minutes walk away. It's also a 7 minutes walk to the historical A'Famosa Fort and 14 minutes to Jonker Walk. What's more the river cruise is a 10 minute walk away. The whole great area is great to have day filled with adventure. In front of us is a shop lot that has many varieties of restaurants to choose from, there are Nyonya, Chinese, Western, Indian and Malay dishes.
