Warni Villa 13 is a Bungalow with 3,800 sqft & ideal located at Sungai Abong, which is 5 mins to Town Center. Perfect layout with 6 rooms 3 bathrooms. Basic Occupancy can fit up to 18pax. Can add extra beds if need. All facilities completely including Karaoke & surrounding jukebox system, BBQ pit, in-house parking for 4 cars, daily clean, strongest UNIFI Wifi, hair & body shampoo, towels , hair-dryer, iron facilities, kitchen utensil for simple cook and others. We are ONE-STOP SERVICE for event or buffet held, Including Canopy, table & chairs, air-cooler, decoration, buffet catering etc. Welcome staying & nice trip at Muar, WE SERVE WE CARE ;)

Now we have more than 10+ homestays around town (Located at Jalan Junid & Sungai Abong area) "WARNI VILLA 13" is one of our homestay at Sunagi Abong. We have our team to solve all your problem during staying :) Our experience in running homestay for over 20 years already. All facilities completely & clean for sure. "WE SERVE, WE CARE" We provide whole house, Single room, Venue Only, Daily or monthly rent too. We have our team to serve you if anything in need. We are 24 hours on-Call, hope to serve you soon.
