Its a new housing, a double story house (corner lot) suitable for large family. Our home has air conditioning in every room, including the living hall, and is brand new. There is a large space accessible that is ideal for relaxing, hosting events for friends and family, etc. Its a Muslim Friendly, we strictly not allowed Alcohol, Non-Halal Food, Party and Pets.
10 to 13 minutes - Plaza Tol Ayer Keroh 6 to 8 minutes - UTEM (Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka) 15 minutes - Zoo Melaka/Taman Buaya/Hutan Reakrasi Ayer Keroh 15 minutes - Mydin MITC Melaka 30 to 40 minutes - Melaka Town / Banda Hilir
