The house is situated in Ponta Mamoli on Baleia Azul Estate. The accommodation is built in the form of a lodge with 4 bedroom cottages standing separate to the main living area. Each bedroom has the following: Luxury Cloud Nine king size beds (can be moved apart to make 2 single beds) A loft room with a further 2 single beds A bathroom consisting of a large shower, a separate toilet, and a hand basin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned A boma at the back for those windy days A built-in braai on the main deck A pool in the main deck DSTV in the central living area Free wifi is available at the house, just ask the staff for the password. All bedrooms and central facilities overlook the sea. Laundry can be done at R150 per laundry bag Please note that the lofts are relatively small but are more than suitable for children. Adults can definitely sleep in the lofts but will be unable to stand up straight. (Approx height 1.5m) In addition, the living area has a further loft room with 2 single beds. A bathroom is also available with a bath, toilet and hand basin. This unit sleeps up to 16 people. The beds at Baleia Azul 15 cannot be separated into singles (they are all king beds). Housekeeping staff will be there from 8H00 to 13H00 duties include: washing dishes, make beds, clean inside and outside. All cleaning materials are supplied. All bath towels will be supplied but not beach towels. There is an umbrella at the house. There is an entry and exit permit that you need to get at the entrance gate to the Estate, cost is R100. Remember to hand this permit back when you leave and collect your R100. *There is a public launch site available at R100 per launch.

**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days after departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
