This house is situated on Campismo Ninho Estate in Ponta Malongane.. The estate has a communal swimming pool. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house, with no sea view, 1 double bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, has no sea view, 1 double bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. The house has no houses in front of it and has unobstructed sea views. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean. There is also a stand-alone braai on the deck as well as a gas braai and a Weber braai. This house also has an outside shower. There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean. Campismo Ninho runs off a borehole. Notwithstanding this, there are 2 x 5000L tanks which can be operated independently should the necessity arise. There is also a generator that is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage.

Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Malongane. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle, high ground clearance, to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The communal swimming pool on this estate has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Guests to make use of the designated parking spots only. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they’re known to come inside houses looking for food. Please DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS —this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. To avoid issues, don’t leave fruit out in fruit bowls or food on counters. Rather, keep everything inside the fridge or in closed cupboards. Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed when you leave the house to stop them from coming in. Let’s keep these wild animals wild—and your holiday stress-free. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R80 per day for each of the 2 housekeepers; this includes your day of arrival and departure. WHAT TO BRING Beach Towels Drinking-Water Toilet Paper Food and Drinks Items of a personal nature REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A Refundable Breakage Deposit of R3000 payable one month prior to arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed.
