Ilha Azul offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in the beautiful coastal town of Ponta do Ouro, Mozambique. Situated in a quiet residential area just a short distance from the beach and town, this spacious and private retreat is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to relax and unwind near the ocean. The house accommodates up to 9 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and single bed with en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels. The home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The comfortable lounge area includes ample seating, a wall-mounted TV with selected DStv channels, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the swimming pool, entertainment areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens, creating a peaceful and very private holiday experience. The property has its own separate gated entrance and secure parking area, allowing guests to enjoy their stay in complete privacy and comfort. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is no compulsory staff tip, however, a gratuity is always welcome. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: R1500 The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your departure date. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, a fee of R1500.00 is payable, check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
