This double-story thatch roof house can sleep 12 people. It is located on Kangela Estate within close proximity of Ponta Malongane and less than a 3-minute walk from the beach. The house is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a full-time housekeeper named Maria as well as a gardener to assist you. Duties include washing dishes, doing all of your laundry, ironing, washing cars, carry your beach gear to and from the beach and also tend to the general cleaning of the house as well as the pool. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed. 5 bathrooms of which 3 bathrooms are en-suite. All the bedrooms have overhead ceiling fans as well as aircon. All linen and bathing towels are provided. We ask that you only bring your own beach towels. Upstairs is a lounge and bar with a large outside deck overlooking the ocean. Enjoy an ice-cold 2M beer while watching whales and dolphins play in the distance. Complimentary Starlink WIFI. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and outside deck living area with a large dining table, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen consists of a Fridge, Upright Freezer, Chest Freezer, Additional Fridge, Additional Freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Gas Stove, Oven, Toaster, Hand Mixer, Ice Maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. There is also a boma with a fire pit and chairs where you can sit down and braai your favourite meal while listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is a Webber Braai, Please bring your own charcoal.

**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they’re known to come inside houses looking for food. Please DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS —this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. To avoid issues, don’t leave fruit out in fruit bowls or food on counters. Rather, keep everything inside the fridge or in closed cupboards. Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed when you leave the house to stop them from coming in. Let’s keep these wild animals wild—and your holiday stress-free. WHAT TO BRING Beach Towels. This is a 100% refundable deposit and is refunded 2 weeks after your departure date, dependent on breakage/damage/loss at the house. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. No noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
