This brick home is situated on one of the most well-managed housing estates in Ponta Malongane. The house is comprised of four en-suite bedrooms, sleeping eight adults and two children under the age of twelve. The house has a panoramic seafront view as well as a private swimming pool and a private walkway leading to the beach. A double-story house with three en-suite bedrooms downstairs and the main bedroom upstairs. All 4 bathrooms have a shower, basin, and toilet plus there is a separate guest toilet upstairs. All 4 bedrooms have enough shelves and hanging space to unpack your clothes and feel right at home. The house windows and sliding doors have mosquito flyscreens to keep the evenings cool and the mosquitos out. There are ceiling fans above all the beds and living areas. The main bedroom also has an air conditioner. In addition, stand-up fans are available in all rooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed that overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, gas hob, two fridge/freezers, and a chest freezer required for self-catering. There are additional items such as a coffee plunger, ice machine, microwave, and air fryer. The lounge area has a TV. You can stream DSTV via the Google TV box using your own login details. The lounge has a sliding door opening onto the outside breakfast deck, furnished with a long wooden table and benches seating ten people and 4 comfortable deck chairs as well as 6 bar stools where sundowners can be enjoyed whilst looking at the sea. There are three bedrooms downstairs: Bedroom two has one queen size bed and a bunk bed, sleeping four people of which two can only be children under twelve. The bedroom is very spacious and has a sliding door opening up onto the outside deck. Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a sliding door opening up onto the outside deck. Bedroom four is also very spacious, has two single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PROPERTY USE & NOISE POLICY This is a semi-detached home that shares a wall with a neighbouring residence that does not operate as a holiday rental. The house has its own private swimming pool and private braai area and is not shared with the neighbouring property. This home is strictly suited to quiet, respectful guests and families only. • No parties, gatherings, or functions • No loud or audible music • Noise must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times Please note that the estate's quiet-hour rules apply strictly after 22:00, and no disturbances are permitted during these hours. All guests must comply with the Estate Rules, which will be supplied upon arrival and must be adhered to at all times. Any noise complaints will be taken seriously. Failure to comply may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights. Swimming Pool – Safety Notice A safety net is available for the swimming pool. Please ask the gardener to assist if you would like it installed. Use of the swimming pool and all associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Age Policy: Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly note that no under-25s are permitted without parental or adult supervision. Wildlife Notice Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they are known to enter houses looking for food. Please do not feed the monkeys, as this encourages repeat visits and ongoing problems. To avoid issues: • Do not leave food or fruit out • Store food in cupboards or the fridge • Ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the house Let’s keep these wild animals wild — and your holiday stress-free. Cleaning Fee There is a compulsory daily cleaning fee for the two staff members at the house. Daily rates (payable within 36 hours after arrival).
