This quaint little town with it's laid back way of life is situated just 10km from the Kosi Bay border post. It has a beautiful tropical coastline and is famous for its scuba diving, deep-sea angling, and festive beach bars and restaurants. The house is conveniently located on the beach overlooking an abundance of reef structures, giving you a 'ringside seat' to all the action and setting the scene for a memorable “fun in the sun” holiday. This double-storey beach house can accommodate 22 people (Combination of 10 Adults and 12 Children). All rooms are equipped with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 7 x Bedrooms, 5 x Showers, 5 x Toilets. Beach and Bath towels are supplied. Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Malongane. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. However, the fridges etc will be running upon arrival. Albino will take a meter reading at the time of arrival and time of departure, to determine electricity usage. STAFF TIP There are 2 Staff members, Albino who assists with maintenance, and Crestina the housekeeper. They help make your stay a memorable one. Albino R200 per day Crestina R150 per day This included the day of arrival and departure. Please pay all tips to Albino and he will distribute accordingly. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT a Refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in the guest
