It is within 100 meters of the beach via wooden walkways. This double-story house is split into 3 Apartments: The Main House (top storey), The Family Apartment (bottom storey) and The Double Apartment (bottom storey). You can rent 1 of the 3 Apartments or the entire house. There are sea views from all 3 Apartments. There is a swimming pool and bar area that is shared by all 3 Apartments. The bar and swimming pool area is downstairs. MAIN HOUSE Spacious and luxurious. A fully serviced and equipped kitchen. Open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area. There are 5 bedrooms bedroom 1 has a double bed and bathroom en-suite with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, sleep, 3 people. Bedroom 4 has 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, sleep, 3 people. Bedroom 5 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sleep, 3 people. There are 2 sleeper couches and 1 single bed in the open loft area. 2 bathrooms for rooms 3,4 and five 1 bathroom is a shower, basin toilet And another bathroom is a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. DOUBLE APARTMENT Luxurious and homely. Fully serviced and equipped kitchen. Open plan lounge/kitchen area, with an airconditioner in the lounge area. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as the lounge area. There are 2 enclosed bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 x single beds that can be converted to double beds for couples. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. There is a sleeper couch in the living area that can sleep, 2 people. FAMILY APARTMENT Luxurious and homely. Open plan apartment. There is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A fully equipped and serviced kitchenette. The Family Apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 people. There is an aircon above the double bed. Please ensure that the doors and windows are closed if you have the air con running to ensure effectiveness. If you are going out for the day, please switch them off as you leave.

Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Malongane. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. No beds/mattresses are to be moved from any of the bedrooms due to damage caused whilst doing so, the breakage deposit will be retained should you do so. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. WHAT TO BRING: drinking water food drinks toiletries and/or items of a personal nature sunscreen mosquito spray beach towels STAFF TIP Main House - R100 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. Double Apartment - R50 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. Family Apartment - R50 per day this included the day of arrival and day of departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable breakage deposit is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure: Main House, Double Apartment, and Whole House is equal to 1 night's stay. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge from your refundable breakage deposit. If the whole house is booked, a R2000 charge will be levied for early check-ins and late check-outs. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund
