This house is situated on Mar Azul beach housing estate in Ponta Malongane. Mar Azul is a private beach housing estate. The house is situated on the beachfront row of houses. There are 7 bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have sea views. 5 bedrooms have a kingsize bed in each room and the remainder 2 bedrooms have 2 x bunk beds in each room, a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top, each room sleeps 6 people. Sleeping 16 people comfortably. There are 5 bathrooms of which 3 are en suite with a shower, toilet, and basin in each, the remainder 2 upstairs bathrooms have a shower in the one bathroom and a bath in the second bathroom. The house has ceiling fans, no air conditioning. There are 2-3 full-time staff, Mito and Rosa. They do the cleaning of the house. The open plan kitchen and living area open up onto a large outside wooden deck area with outside furniture and a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. This house has 180-degree sea views. There is a coal braai. Wood can be bought in the local village or bring your own charcoal with. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes 4 hob electric stove and oven, washing machine, 3 fridge/freezers, 2 chest deep freezers, The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is no TV. All cleaning materials and toilet paper is provided. Bath towels are provided, you must bring beach towels with. The house also has a generator for if there is a power outage.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. WHAT TO BRING: Beach Towels Food and Drinks Drinking water Charcoal Insect repellent Firelighters Items of a personal nature First aid kit STAFF TIP At any given time, there are either 2 or 3 staff members who service the house daily. There is a compulsory staff tip of R100 per staff member per day; this includes your day of arrival and departure. You can pay the staff cash on your departure date. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT a Refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights
