Large 14 sleeper house on the beach, facing the sea. Situated on Mar Azul Estate. Fully equipped and fully serviced. The house is comprised of 7 bedrooms UPSTAIRS 2x bedrooms king size beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 stand-alone bathrooms DOWNSTAIRS: 3 en-suite bedrooms with 2x single beds in each. The 3 downstairs bedrooms have french doors and a lovely sea-breeze to keep you cool. 5 of the bedrooms have sea views. There are 5 bathrooms with showers, basins, toilets, and hot and cold running water. The house is fully equipped with 3 fridges/freezers, 4 hob electric stove and oven, double sink, all crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, duvets, and bed linen. There is also a large dining table with benches to seat 14 people on the deck. Mar Azul 5 shares an outside braai with house 6, so please just arrange with them so that you do not braai at the same time. There is also a gas braai on the deck which can be moved to either side of the deck depending on the wind. Dudu is extremely hard working and speaks very little English. Oros, our offsite manager, is available to sort our day to day problems and assist with conveying messages to Dudu if she doesn't understand you. She will clean the house, make beds, wash dishes, etc. She will only do bed linen laundry if the weather permits. There is a washing machine, only Dudu uses the washing machine, and it's used for linen only. If you would like laundry done it's at an extra charge. You are not obliged to feed her, but any left-over food is much appreciated. There is an outside shower next to the house with cold water to rinse off the sand and salt when coming back from the beach.
