This property consists of two separate 2-bedroom units, which can be booked individually or together, depending on availability. Each unit features: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom, providing comfortable accommodation for couples, families, or small groups. Please note that the kitchen, dining area, and braai facilities are communal spaces shared between both units. The covered open-air kitchen embraces Mozambique's outdoor lifestyle and is equipped with a fridge, chest freezer, electric hob, toaster, kettle, and braai area. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool and enjoy daily servicing throughout their stay. Ideally located in the heart of Ponta do Ouro, the property is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, markets, curio shops, and other local attractions. Bath towels are provided; guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a full-time housekeeper at the house, her compulsory daily staff tip is R50 per day, this includes the day of your arrival and departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: The Refundable Breakage Deposit of R1500 needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your departure date. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, a fee of R1500.00 is payable, check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
