Step into comfort and convenience at this spacious 3-bedroom Main House, perfectly positioned right across the road from Ponta do Ouro’s main bay. Whether you’re here for the surf, the markets, or the laid-back beach vibe, this home is your base for it all. Inside, you’ll find: • Bedroom 1: Two double beds, en-suite bathroom, sea views, and air-conditioning. • Bedroom 2: One double bed, sea views, air-conditioning, with an interleading bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. • Bedroom 3: One double bed, sea views, air-conditioning, sharing an interleading bathroom with Bedroom 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, extra freezer, kettle, and toaster — ideal for self-catering holidays. The lounge area offers a TV with DSTV for relaxed evenings (please note: there is no Wi-Fi). Guests staying in the Main House share access to the property’s communal swimming pool and enjoy the benefit of daily servicing. Bath towels are provided; please remember to bring your own beach towels. From your doorstep, you can walk to restaurants, beachwear shops, markets, curio stalls, and even a pharmacy and local bank — making this the perfect choice for families or friends wanting to be in the heart of Ponta do Ouro.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under-25s without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a full-time housekeeper at the house; her compulsory daily staff tip is R100 per day, which includes the day of your arrival and departure. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: The Refundable Breakage Deposit of R1500 needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded to you within 14 days after your departure date. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, a fee of R1,500.00 is payable. Check-out is by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
