New detached holiday home with private entrance located in our large backyard. The house offers a lot of privacy and has a spacious private garden. The house is suitable for three persons. The house has a living room incl. Kitchen, bedroom with double box spring, luxury bathroom with underfloor heating and rain shower, wood stove and sleeping loft with two single beds. The sleeping loft is accessible via a staircase and is i.v.m. safety suitable for children from 8 years. Under the veranda you can enjoy the setting sun and the panoramic view over the farmlands and nature (walking) area. There is a double canoe that you can use free of charge for a trip on the water.
Would you like to enjoy peace and space? Then this is the ideal location. The house is 2 km from the picturesque harbor town of Medemblik. Medemblik is a tourist town located on the IJsselmeer, with shops, ports, various restaurants and entertainment venues. Medemblik has many (water) sports facilities and offers many possibilities for cyclists, hikers, beach lovers, fishermen and recreationists. There are various walking and cycling routes along the IJsselmeer. The Hoorn-Medemblik steam train literally passes behind the house. There is a supermarket just 500 meters away with a fresh bakery. The city tour bus leaves in front of the door every half hour. This bus transports you free of charge to the bakery museum and the steam engine museum in Medemblik. Bicycle rental is available in the vicinity. The area also has a lot to offer for children; Water, beach, park, large indoor and outdoor playground and swimming pool. Large cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Hoorn can be reached within an hour.
