Annadora Beach House is situated in a quiet location outside the city center about a 3-minute walk from the beach. The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. You also have access to a large sunny terrace overlooking a private free parking space. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. The price shown includes towels, use two bicycles and all taxes. Of course there is free Wifi everywhere. The apartment is made of durable materials and extremely well insulated. We have to take one more step to make the entire apartment self-sufficient. After placing the solar panels, the apartment will consume as much energy as it produces. The heat pump, which can both heat and cool, is an important part of this. Furthermore, the apartment offers all the luxury including an oven, a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV and a laptop safe.

We have been living in Zandvoort since 1997 with great pleasure. From January 2018 we have been working on the construction of this apartment. As of November 2018 we started with the commercial lease. Virtually everything we have done ourselves is digging the foundation with underfloor heating to mounting the switch materials. We are very proud of the result. We will make every effort to give you a pleasant stay. When we are at work you can always reach us via the Whatsapp or phone!

The neighborhood is just outside the city center and in the green heart of the village. Zandvoort lies in the middle of nature. At the North site is the National Park Zuid Kennemerland, at the East in the dunes lies the Kennemer Golf Club, at the South the drinking water extraction dunes where you can also walk for hours and at the West ....... the beach. On the beach there are about 35 beach pavilions in the summer each with a with a restaurant. You can walk to the Circuit. Zandvoort has a train station with a direct connection to both Haarlem and Amsterdam.
