"Life is better at the Beach" You will definitely be happy about the location of Beachhouse Engelbert Studios - as I am every day - because you are in the middle of it all and can still sleep peacefully at night. Give your car a vacation; It's only a two-minute walk to the beach, surf school, supermarket, restaurants (also take out), weekly market, ice cream parlors, shops and not to forget the many terraces in the cozy center of Zandvoort. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train station (direction Haarlem/Amsterdam). The large, separate seating area with BBQ facilities in our beautiful garden (entrance at the back of the house) is available to all house guests for reading, barbecuing, drinking coffee and chatting. Studio Gardenview also has a private terrace directly in front of the apartment. Friendly small/midsize dogs allowed on request. Both studios are furnished in a cozy beach style, but differ in size and equipment. Guides are available and you can - if available - rent Dutch bikes from us. Of course we are happy to inform you about nice insider tips for excursions in the area. There is parking nearby on request (Parkeerplaats de Zuid- we offer discounted prices)

Dear guests, "I was missing the Beach and I am sure the Beach was missing me" My passion for the sea, the beach, the nature in and around Zandvoort is the reason that I have moved back after living abroad for many years. Dive into the waves before breakfast, build sandcastles with the little (and big) ones, eat a fish sandwich on the boulevard, end the day in the early evening after a walk on the beach with a glass of wine in hand, while the sun sinks into the sea in a spectacular way. Of course you should visit Amsterdam, the beautiful Haarlem or one of the many beautiful old towns in the area. But what about a hiking or cycling safari in the beautiful Kennemer Duinen nature reserve? There is a realistic chance to spot some of our “Big Five” in the eye (deer, fox, konik‘s horse, bison, scottish highlander). Or do you prefer a bike tour through the dunes towards Noordwijk? Do your children like to join a kite or sub course and has your girlfriend never seen a windmill or a miniature city, does anyone in the family want to eat “poffertjes”? There is so much to do and see , I didn’t even mention our great museums and … , yes, I know, you're on vacation, it will be the best to come back next year.
