My property: In the middle of the centre of Beautiful popular Alkmaar with her old city center, canals and windmills and only 30 min from Amsterdam! The room is in the house of the host! I live there too and sometimes other guests. I am always available for question by whatsapp. A parking place is available on request. After 2100 and before 0900 its free parking on the parking places. For more info or possibilities please contact me byMessenger: Robin Oud (photo of my back with a hat) Please mind our house rules! NO SMOKING: In or around the house. No drugs! Some quiet time after 22:30. Living room and harten are private. But offcourse it’s ok to drink a coffee or sit for a while and enjoy my garten. Please take your shoes of in the house.

The city of Alkmaar is a beautifull city with an old city and canals. The beach is about 12 km from our house. Amsterdam is 40min by train. The station is about 20 min walk from our house. Bars, restaurants, supermarket are all around the corner or less then 10min walk. Alkmaar has its historical old town and canals. It's great to take a boattour, canoe, supboard and explore Alkmaar by water.
