Our accommodation is located next to the historic Martenastate estate in the village of Koarnjum, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Guests stay in a stylish, light-filled space designed with natural materials and a calm atmosphere. The room offers a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with shower, a seating area to relax or work, and coffee and tea facilities. Large windows provide views of the garden and park, creating a peaceful setting that invites you to slow down. It is an ideal place for guests who value comfort, privacy and nature, while still being close to the city. Leeuwarden is only a short walk or bike ride away, making this accommodation perfect for both relaxation and exploration.

Koarnjum is a small, charming village just outside Leeuwarden, known for its peaceful atmosphere and green surroundings.
