Deposit:

- Reservations made within 30 days before arrival: Full payment upon arrival.

- Reservations made before 30 days before arrival: 50% prepayment by bank transfer (before 30 days), remaining amount to be paid upon arrival.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Please note that pets are only allowed upon request in the 2-people apartment on the ground floor, 2-people suite's ground floor, 4-people apartment and the 6-people apartment. costs are 10 euros per dog.

Please note that special rules may apply for groups. If you book more than 2 rooms, please contact de berkenhof first. De Berkenhof does not accept large groups such as bachelor parties, larger sports groups, etc.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
