Welcome to “King almost by the sea". A quiet place located in the center of Zandvoort. Just outside the real busy part. But a 5-minute walk from the sea. The cozy center, with the bakery, supermarket, fine shops and restaurants around the corner. Since we want to keep the peace in our nice street, we expect our guests to adapt to the environment. Of course, cozy with a glass of wine or a beer in the sun enjoying your terrace is allowed. We ask our guests kindly to rest from 11 pm to 7 am and mind our neighbours. The split-level appartement has a private entrance, patio, fully equiped kitchenette but no cooking, bathroom with a rainshower and towels. At the first floor there's the bedroom. A nice kingsize bed with soft sheets. Two seats, a closet and hooks to put your clothes on. A simple and cozy apartment were you can relax within walking distance of conviviality. Parking is best done in the parking garage centrum, a 2 minute walk away. 1 dog is allowed in our tiny apartement but please let us know in front of your stay. We ask you urgently not to let the dog sleep on or in the bed.
Peter is a wine importer and teacher in vinology at the higher hotel school. Marelva is a professional make-upartist at the national Opera & Ballet. Peter and Marelva share the passion for wines. Especially Italian ones. There's always the possibility to taste some wines. Together with our daughter and two cats we live in the main house at Koningstraat 47. The tiny house in our garden was totally damaged when we start living in Zandvoort. We decided that we would like to build a cozy and relaxing place for people to stay. So we did and we are really happy with the result. We hope you will enjoy just as much as we do. See you soon!
Offcourse the sea is there with nice beachclubs. You can have fantastic walks on the beach or through the 'waterleidingduinen'. Haarlem, Amsterdam, Rotterdam & The hague are all close by. You can rent bikes in the neighbourhood and tour arround. We are very close to the trainstation. So it’s easy to visit Amsterdam & other city’s by train.
