Welcome to cottage KUST3 This cottage is located on the Julianastraat 39A Egmond aan zee 300 meters from the beach and you can walk in 5 minutes to the centre with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The cottage has a nice outdoor area with a lot off sun, so you can sit outside the hole day. Facilities KUST3 The cottage has a nice living room with kitchen, a tv corner with comfortable sofa and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen, Badroom with shower, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms: Room 1 has a double bed and wardrobe Room 2 has 3 singel beds. Rental includes clean linen and towels There is also a parking card available for 1 car!! We are Bastiaan and Nanda A few years ago we fell in love with the village Egmond aan Zee. The village is situated next to the beach and dunes and offers plenty of outdoor activities. And fortunately this is where we found the house of our dreams. We always wanted to start our own guesthouse or B&B and our ‘dream house’ offered us the opportunity to build an apartment and studio… On a perfect location! Egmond aan Zee is a former Fishing Village. Situated near the sea and the dunes it is a paradise for sunbathers, surfers, hikers and cyclists. Those who have been in Egmond return time after time and again. This former fishing village has a welcome and pleasant atmosphere and there is plenty to do for young and old. Stroll around the shops and terraces to the lighthouse and boulevard and see the sun disappear into the sea. Even in the high season, the peace and tranquility of the dunes is never far away and during all seasons you can unwind on the beach. Egmond aan Zee is best known for its accessible beach, and is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. The air is pure and the sun often shines! See you in Egmond aan Zee.
